With a solid academic background in Science and Commerce, and an MBA in International Business, I’ve had the privilege of dedicating over 30 years to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Since the start of my career in 1995, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most esteemed organizations in the sector, including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Zydus, and Ajanta Pharma. These experiences have not only shaped my professional path but have deepened my expertise in Cardiology, Diabetology, and the transformative role of innovative healthcare solutions. Over the decades, my journey has taken me across the globe, allowing me to gain valuable insights into International pharmaceutical trends, regulatory frameworks, and cutting-edge research. These global learnings are now at the core of Foncer Pharma’s vision—to deliver high-quality, aordable healthcare that meets both Domestic and International standards.

Swapnil DeotaluExecutive Director, Foncer Pharma. As someone deeply rooted in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong academic background in M.Sc., I bring with me over 23 years of hands-on experience in the specialized fields of Cardiology and Diabetology.

My professional journey began in 2002, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with reputed pharmaceutical giants such as Cipla and Ajanta Pharma. These formative years provided me with invaluable insights into patient needs, product innovation, and ethical business practices.Today, at Foncer Pharma, I take great pride in managing and expanding our presence in the Indian domestic market, particularly across Maharashtra. With a reliable and driven team of 40+ dedicated professionals spread across all major cities of the state, we are not just building a brand— we’re cultivating trust. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, scientically-backed products that support better health outcomes for all.
